Using email lo log in account between devices

Please can we have an alternative way to log in our accounts on another device? I would really prefer using email to log in, because it's much more easier than using the phone to scan. I hope Viber will add this in the next update version.

Lost viber chat

I’ve been using viber for over 2 years now, I have a hidden chat that has all sorts of important information on it. Suddenly, on August 11, 2022 my Chat information disappeared from that day going all the way back to the beginning of this chat! I see no instructions on how to recover it nor has viber support gotten back to me.
Please help!

Trash support

Trash support. Desktop app keeps crashing so I reinstalled it. After reinstalling it, it keeps failing to synct. I contacted support and this stupid snowflake hoe named Katriona A. from their support team gave me a canned response and was never helpful. This snowflake also threatened to ban me from opening a ticket support if I offend her feelings again.

This support employee cares more about her feelings than doing her job, and actually solving a problem. I hope this company caves in from within along with its useless employees like this snowflake support employee.

My account has been blocked .When I…

My account has been blocked .When I reached customer services I was told I am blocked for spam and suspicious activity.I asked them three times to be more specific but still got this responce that I am blocked for spam and this is permanent.No further investigation, no explanation.

I had a viber account for along time to…

I had a viber account for along time to keep in touch with family partner and friends . Since viber went down a few months ago I not been able to use it I thought by uninstall and reinstall it might sort the problem but then I can't access it as activation failed. Contacted viber and they said I was blocked due to spam ect which is weird as when viber went down last I hadn't been able to use it to make it worse there refusing to unblock me which how can weird activity or spam be going on if viber was down. My advice to people is try other ones like snap chat what's app as viber seem to have got very dodgy

Viber

Viber, what can I say about this VOIP company, except that they are very unpleasant. Last week I downloaded the app from the Apple AppStore, connected with a Vodaphone SIM card and Albanian mobile phone number. I received the pin number via email from Viber and completed the registration. However I have not been able to make outgoing calls, I’ve received incoming with relative ease. I contacted them 3 times and only after the third time did they respond, telling me my number had been blocked, because “it was reported as spam and unusual activity so was automatically added to the block list and is permanent and cannot be unblocked”. No further communication is entered into. I would like to know how such an arbitrary decision can be made by this Japanese company, whereby they will not give a reason for making this decision.

Unsolicited violet Voober activation algorithm

Windows computer software of Viber won't allows me to sign-in to existing Viber account without having a phone instead of activating via QR code. Baseless software and poor service.

Looks like you blocked my Viber account for unknown for me reason. I use Viber for connection to my friends (not for any spam)

Worst customer service

Blocked my viber out account without any reason. I sent them several tickets last few days to unblock my account. But haven’t heard back yet. Their customer support sucks. I want my money back.

Instant messaging and VoIP tool

The overall experience with Viber is good. It is found to be a useful and helpful application.
As I use the application, there are ads playing in the background which annoy me. As this application has a limited user base, we have to use another messaging application to communicate with them. In particular, video calls have poor quality.
